Skepticism about the first free election in Iraq was rife everywhere but in the country itself, where more than 8 million Iraqis braved threats by terrorists and exercised their right to vote for a better future.
MCA was there, creating GOTV television and radio commercials which helped explain what the election was about and encouraged people to participate.
